Product description
Winery Introduction
Wang Cao Manor Park was less than 200 years old. In 1815, E.T. Dumoulin, a wealthy landowner in the area, saw a small hillside near the Zhilangdi River in St. This hillside is of good soil quality and there are many kinds of heat-retaining gravel. The lower layer of soil is iron-containing clay and some limestone. There are purple-red heather flowers, calendula and thorns on the slope. Du Mulan began to open the door step by step. After 10 years, the wine has been successfully produced and the plant has been properly built. The owner named the new wine "Montrose". Some people speculated that it was probably due to the fact that this park looked at the Gironde River and that whenever the water was buzzing at noon, the whole mountain seemed to be filled with rose, and the name Montrose was taken to mean “Mountain of Roses”. In the following years, Wang Cao Manor got further expansion and expansion in Du Mulan and his son's hands, and won the second-level top coat in the 1855 estate rating.
From 1866 to 1897, the Caucasus estate was visited by several owners, including Mathieu Dollfus, Jean Hostens, and Louis Charmolue. In the meantime, the estate was expanded again, laying the foundation for becoming the size of today. In the following decades, the Shamo family experienced various problems including: sales decline, war, economic recession and so on. Since 1960, Jean-louis Charmolue has been in charge of looking at Cao Manor. Jean-Louis invested a great deal of enthusiasm and money in looking at Cao Manor, sowing seeds for the new students at Cao Cao. At the turn of the century, the Charmolue family took charge of the Maucao estate, which was more than a century old, producing high-quality wines that were often compared by experts to the wines of the La Tour estate. In the spring of 2006, there was no successor in this park and he gave up his hand to an entrepreneur, M. Bouygus, who was the boss of a large construction company in France.

Region Introduction
St.Estephe is the northernmost of the four major sub-regions of Haut-Medoc. Relatively speaking, its popularity is not as high as that of Mido's other three sub-regions (Puyle, Margaux, and St. Julian). The soil structure of this production area is complex and diverse. Except for the sporadic gravel land, most of it is clay, and some northwestern side is also mixed with some calcareous soil. The poor drainage of the clay, coupled with the location of the production area to the north, the climate is relatively cool, so the grapes here are slow to ripen, the red wine produced has a higher acidity and is the heaviest tannin in the whole Bordeaux region. The most vigorous and powerful wine. Red wines in the producing areas are sour and astringent, with a rough style, strong tannins, and even a clayy taste. After years of aging, the aroma and texture of the red wine will become supple and rich.
With 1200 hectares of vineyards, St.Duster ranks second in the 4 famous sub-regions of Mido, after Margaux, but the development of the wine industry is later than the other three sub-regions. As a result, in the 1855 winery rating, there were only 5 wineries in the area, and it was the lowest in the four sub-regions. However, in the development of the past decades, St.Darst has constantly emerged a number of excellent quality and very cost-effective wineries, such as Montrose Winery and Cos d'Estournel Wine. Zhuang et al. are the best of St.Dart.
