Winery Introduction
Since Bay Katana does not have a separate manor, the previous wines were made within the Chateau Pouget. Since 2000, the winery has invested a large sum of money and made great progress. The wines were very well made in 2000 and 2001. The estate was originally founded by the Irish Jacques Boyd in 1754. In 1806, John Lewis Brown, who became a member of the family through marriage, bought the manor. In 1852, the entire vineyard was divided into two parts, Be Katana and Cantenac-Brown. The estate was awarded the title of a Grade III estate in 1855. Due to the castle's ownership of Brown Katana, Bay Katana became a manorless castle. Beca Katana welcomed its new owner, the Guillemet family, in 1932. It also bought Phuket Manor in 1910.
(Chateau Pouget). During these many years, the collection of Bay Katana Manor and Phuket Manor was carried out together. For many years, Bay Katana could not be said to be an independent manor and it was considered impossible to match the title of the third class village. But since the Pierre Guillemet took power in the 1960s, the manor has gradually begun to recover its former style. The Gieme family has always insisted on the renovation and improvement of the manor (which also includes the Phuket manor). In the 1970s, they began planting vines separately. In 1983, Pierre also built two brand new wine cellars directly across the street. After the grapes were picked from Bay Katana and Phuket Mansions, It was transported to these two cellars for fermentation, but preservation, blending, and bottling were performed separately. By this time, Be Katana really had a winery that was independent of Phuket's estate. Recently, the manor doubled the ageing equipment of the barrels, not only reflecting their dedication to the art of living, but also expressing their deep feelings for the Margaux land.

Region Introduction
Margaux is located in the south of Medoc and is the largest one of the six major production areas in Medoc. The total area of grape cultivation is 1,300 hectares. As early as the 17th century, the Margaux winery in the producing area was listed as a first-class winery known to the world of wine, 2 centuries earlier than the 1855 classification. Margaux wine was the designated wine for the French State Banquet. President Hu Jintao had visited this place during his visit to France. The 1982 Margaux was used to entertain him. Some people think that high-quality grapes can only be planted in the area between 100 and 300 meters above sea level. However, Margaux's altitude is very low, only 15 meters, but it can produce world-class wine, mainly due to the unique production area Natural terroir. Marge's terroir is dominated by the Quaternary river terraces, and these deposits cover the base of limestone-dominated Tertiary sediments. The gravel layer a few meters thick is mainly composed of gravel and pebbles of different sizes, and clay is thin. This seemingly barren soil makes the grapes deeply rooted underground to soak up the nourishment. It is precisely because of this that it is unique. The vines in the Margaux region are rooted in deep layers of soil. The wines produced are extremely elegant and aromatic. They are rich in tannins and are soft and delicate, reminiscent of women's gentleness. Some people described Margaux's music as a wonderful female singer or a melodious melody of music, and others described it as a "royal lady."
