Product description
Winery Introduction
The style of Margaux wines should be powerful and delicate, and one of the models is the Margaux Chateau. Before the 1990s, most of the wines of the Marjorie Manor could only reach the level of an intermediate manor. Since 1995, Robert Parker has scored 90 points or more every year, showing that the estate has a very high level of wine quality and wine quality. stable.
According to records, the history of winemaking at Malige Manor can be traced back to 1608. The name of the manor came from Simon Malescot, the owner of the manor house. Malige and his descendants added a French check to the manor house. Terreuse-style houses and some farm buildings expand the estate area. After the two divisions and several resales after the French Revolution, Count Jean-Boptiste Saint-Exupery, the count of Jean-Baptiste Saint-Espelli, bought the manor on February 5, 1827. He repaired the manor and named the manor Chateau Malescot Saint-Exupery in his own name, or Malige Manor. After the death of Jean-Baptiste 1830, his wife was forced to sell the manor in 1853 due to excessive spending. In 1855 the estate was rated as a three-level village. The new owner was Bordeaux banker Fourcade. After he took over the manor, he expanded the vineyard extensively, replanted the vines, repaired the outbuildings, refreshed the wine cellar, and added brewing equipment. What they did was what the estate label said: "Semper adaltum is only higher." When Horkard died in 1866, the estate was later jointly managed by several owners. The most famous of them was Mr. Boissac. The castle that stood today in the manor was built in 1885.
It was not until Paul Zuger took over the Malige Manor in 1955 that the fate of the manor was reversed. At the time, the Zage family also bought two manors, Margego and Marquis de Beggar, and invested heavily in two estates. But after Paul died, the two manors separated again. Malige Manor was taken over by Paul's son Roger and then passed on to the next generation of Jean-Luc. As a representative of the family, Jean-Luc Zuger is doing his utmost to make Malige the best quality wine in the Margaux region.

Region Introduction
Margaux is located in the south of Medoc and is the largest one of the six major production areas in Medoc. The total area of grape cultivation is 1,300 hectares. As early as the 17th century, the Margaux winery in the producing area was listed as a first-class winery known to the world of wine, 2 centuries earlier than the 1855 classification. Margaux wine was the designated wine for the French State Banquet. President Hu Jintao had visited this place during his visit to France. The 1982 Margaux was used to entertain him. Some people think that high-quality grapes can only be planted in the area between 100 and 300 meters above sea level. However, Margaux's altitude is very low, only 15 meters, but it can produce world-class wine, mainly due to the unique production area Natural terroir. Marge's terroir is dominated by the Quaternary river terraces, and these deposits cover the base of limestone-dominated Tertiary sediments. The gravel layer a few meters thick is mainly composed of gravel and pebbles of different sizes, and clay is thin. This seemingly barren soil makes the grapes deeply rooted underground to soak up the nourishment. It is precisely because of this that it is unique. The vines in the Margaux region are rooted in deep layers of soil. The wines produced are extremely elegant and aromatic. They are rich in tannins and are soft and delicate, reminiscent of women's gentleness. Some people described Margaux's music as a wonderful female singer or a melodious melody of music, and others described it as a "royal lady."
