Winery Introduction
St. Billy’s winery is rich in style, strong in tannins, and occasionally rough, but it is also an elegant wine. The original history of the manor at least dates back to the seventeenth century. Perhaps earlier, the historical record states that it was known as Serançon and owned by the De Cheverry family. It was not until the late eighteenth century that the Baron de St-Pierre was named St. Billy. After Baron’s death in 1796, although the manor still operated as a whole, it was divided between the Baron’s two daughters, Mme Dubouilh and Mme Bontemps-Dubarry. . After the death of Madame Dulu in 1832, the split finally formed. Her half was passed on to her daughter, and the other half belonged to the Bontens Dubari family. In spite of this, in 1855 the estate was rated as a four-level village as a single estate. After the rating, the estate was divided and merged in continuous inheritance, marriage, and sales. The most recent reorganization was bought in 1932 by a Dutch company called Van den Bussche. The rejoined manor was renamed St-Pierre-Sevaistre and still managed by the Van de Bussche family and Paul Castelain, a son-in-law of the family.
In 1982, they sold the vineyard to the owner of Goliath Manor, Henri Martin. Martin sold a small part of the building and a small piece of vine, left most of it, and rebuilt the castle. Today, the castle became the home of her daughters Françoise and Jean-Louis Triaud, and today's estate is also run by them. Under the meticulous management and management, the small and unfamiliar St. Julian vineyard has made obvious and tangible progress.

Region Introduction
Saint-Julien is located in the middle of the Medoc region. It has a total area of 900 hectares and is one of the six major sub-regions of the United States. The lower layer of the area is composed of gravel, pebbles, sand and clay. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are the main grape varieties grown in this area. The wines in the north show Pauillac's strength, while the wines in the south draw on the softness of Margaux. On the whole, St. Julian's wine is bright and rich in juice. It is truly a real brew. It allows wine lovers to indulge in fragrant aromas and exquisite taste feasts.
