NESTI was founded in the 50's in the Italian state of Cutigliano. In the heart of the Apennines in Tuscany, it is rich in wood and boletus mushroom resources. MR.Eolo Nesti began drying and drying large amounts of boletus mushrooms collected from Montagna Pistoiese.
